Oeko-Tex Certificate

Another one of Happy Land’s great achievements

We inform all our viewers of Happy Land that another great achievement of this company, is that our textile products has been placed in the list of Oeko-Tex of Germany.

What is an Oeko-Tex Certificate?

The Oeko-Tex Standard is a global certificate for textiles and clothing that specifically targets substances that are harmful to the human body and consists of special tests and experiments on the raw materials, production line, process of making intermediate goods and production of the final product. In this standard the harmful substances are grouped into four categories:

۱- Materials that are prohibited under international law, such as textile paints (Carcinogenic)

۲- Substances that are harmful according to international regulations like aldehydes, softeners, heavy metals, pentachlorophenol etc.

۳- Materials that are currently considered harmful by international research institutions but haven’t been formally banned like insecticides, dyes that cause allergies etc.

۴- Parameters such as color stability and alkalinity of the product, skin compatibility etc., are measured in order to gain the consumers trust.

Oeko-Tex Standards are grouped under four different classes and textile products examined by this association receive the needed standards. Corporations that receive these standards are given the Oeko-Tex standard badge.

It should be noted that only the badge below proves the ownership of this standard which is displayed in the website.
